At Clogau, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Clogau presentation box and secure it inside a protective shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at a designated drop-off point to send your parcel back to us.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
